DMCA takedown procedure

Counter-notice
If you believe that content has been wrongly removed or blocked in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you accept the jurisdiction of the competent court.
Repeat infringements
IPTV.DE maintains a policy regarding repeat infringers. Accounts or services that are repeatedly associated with copyright infringement may be terminated without prior warning.

The user is solely responsible for the use of the service and the content they view. IPTV.DE cannot be held liable for the way third parties use the service.
